Mark Gallagher has worked in senior leadership roles within Formula One motor racing over the last 30 years and was witness to all the changes that affected the F1 business model from the ban of Tobacco Advertising and Sponsorship in 2005 to the financial crisis of 2008.
These changes had a major impact on the culture of the organization as Formula 1 leadership teams have had to communicate, manage, and implement transformation strategies bringing their teams with them, ensuring they make the most from embracing change.

Joining Mark is Ahmed Almajed; an entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in sports business and events management. Ahmed revolutionized sports & fitness in Kuwait through a multi-faceted approach that ranges from events sponsorship to community education and participation. He holds a Masters degree in Sports Management from the International Academy of Sports Science and Technology - Switzerland. He has founded four companies during his career so far.
