Margaret Ormiston is a Professor of Management at George Washington University and a researcher whose work examines the underlying psychological processes that influence teams and organizational performance in small groups and top management. To conduct such analysis, she utilizes at-a-distance measures such as CEO facial structure, demographic characteristics of top management teams, and codings of interviews and speeches.

She will be talking about the importance of diversity and inclusion at organizations and their effect on performance and profitability.
