Building a Sustainable System

An organization that has a sustainable system begins with a proper and flexible infrastructure that easily adapts to change. The infrastructure of a company is its employees. At NLI, we believe change begins with the individual. The individual has the opportunity and power to ignite change if given the proper tools to enhance their skills, which is the focus of our 2022 conference series.

Adapting to Change: The Shift to Online Training

COVID-19 halted all types of in-person training, but in turn, paved the way for a new concept of online training that was beneficial and important to individuals and companies alike.

Reflecting on Success: The 2021 Conference Series

Our 2021 conference series gave our participants a chance to reflect on their talents, knowledge, and experiences by covering important topics such as Generational Leadership, Digital Transformation, Women in Leadership, and the Future of Oil and Gas. These sessions were presented by top authors and professors from world-renowned universities such as Imperial College Business School, London Business School, and George Washington University. The success of the NLI Conference Series 2021 inspired the theme of our 2022 conference series, which is ‘Remaining Relevant.’

The Focus of the 2022 Conference Series: Remaining Relevant

Remaining relevant is not limited to one topic or area of expertise. It encompasses a larger vision that takes into account not only the technical skills required for relevance in the workplace but also the soft skills and emerging concepts needed to excel in the modern business landscape. The topics for this year’s conferences were chosen with this in mind, and they range from digital transformation to mental health and well-being.

Supporting Kuwait’s Vision: Aligned with Kuwait 2035

The topics are also in direct correlation with the Kuwait 2035 vision, which aims to transform Kuwait in every aspect—social, economic, and political. This makes the next five years crucial for the implementation of this vision as they will serve as its foundation. We believe our 2022 conference series will contribute to the Kuwait 2035 vision through the carefully selected topics for this year’s conferences.

Join the Conversation

Our goal is for all our attendees to walk away from each conference more informed, enlightened, and open to new ideas, conversations, and structures that will no doubt impact their businesses in the very near future. Change begins when we acknowledge what is hindering our growth, and that begins with courageous discussions.

We hope you join ours.
